Team

S.T.I. is an engineering studio that bases its expertise on 3 main aspects: Industry 4.0 and
digitalization of industrial processes; mechanical design with particular experience on lift systems and lifting equipment; steel and reinforced concrete structures design.
The team is composed of Mr. Dini and Mr. Baroncini, who are responsible for the
macro-areas of work, and a young and dynamic group of engineers who are well prepared, serious and competent.

Mechanical engineer, 3D CAD designer, consultant in business quality process management systems.

Matteo Marescalchi

Management engineer. He deals with the consulting service for ERP software implementation, for the control and integrated management of the company supply chain.

Linda Scheveger

Aerospace engineer. It deals with the planning and scheduling of mechanical design and product development activities and the management of information flows in the technical areas.

Roberto Confalone

Mechanical designer involved in the plant design concept (feasibility studies, preliminary elaborations) and final execution of the projects.

Cristiano Melosi

Designer of new structures with a passion for the recovery and consolidation of existing buildings.
Experience in evaluating the fire resistance of buildings.

Oleg Giovannini

Graduated in Land Vehicle Engineering at the University of Pisa, he deals with mechanical design.

Simone Menciassi

Mechanical engineer, CAD draftsman, designer of lift systems and lifting platforms.

Marco Ferraro

Surveyor, responsible for municipal practices, in charge of document management of tests and certifications.

Arjola Lleshaj

Construction engineer, collaborator, designer of steel and reinforced concrete structures.
